Our instructors have plenty of one on one time with children. Field trips and some of our activities allow for a 1:4 ratio of teacher to students. In our after school classes 10-15 students are in each class. Given that most of our activities are hands on and require a lot of instruction, a teacher has to move around and work with one on one and in small groups with in the class room setting.
